Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals generally take 24 hours to process, but in some cases, they may take up to 72 hours.
If your withdrawal amount is over USD 5000 monthly, we may request further explanations and/or supporting documents in respect to the identification of customer, payment method, source of funds or wealth and/or any further necessary information which we see fit so as to satisfy our legal obligations and regulatory requirements. In such a case, the withdrawal processing time can be delayed depending on your provision of requested documents.
Closed-Loop Deposit and Withdrawal
We operate a closed loop policy on deposits and withdrawals. Where possible, customers must withdraw funds to the originating deposit method/account. Customers are only allowed to withdraw funds to payment methods where they have a prior deposit record.
Your payment processor may levy a fee to process your withdrawal. Fees for withdrawal will be shown in the withdrawal request page.
Exchange Rates and Volatility of Exchange Rates
While processing deposit orders in crypto currencies, the amount of crypto currency which the player actually transfers to provided address is actually sold on the exchange.
We convert crypto currency received from a player to USD on every deposit order by selling it on the exchange. Also, be aware of the fact that we are not responsible for the exchange rate fluctuations and cannot control the final selling price as it depends, among other, on the time of getting confirmation by the transaction.
All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met. As a result, withdrawals generally take 24 hours to process, but in some cases, they may take up to 72 hours.
All customers are required to verify their identity soon after creating an account with us. We have the right to request further explanations and/or supporting documents with respect to the identification of customer, payment method, source of funds or wealth and/or any further necessary information which we see fit so as to satisfy our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
We have the right to reject the withdrawal when:
The customer has not yet provided requested documents;
The customer identification documents have expired;
There are fraud/cheating/collusion/money-laundering concerns;
The customer attempts to withdraw without participating in game-play;
The customer attempts to withdraw following a player transfer; and
The payment method to which the withdrawal has been requested is not the same as the depositing method
For security reasons, players are restricted from withdrawing transferred funds that originated directly from deposits or other transfers.
Other Withdrawal Information
We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

If You wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, You must deposit money into Your Account which You can then use to place bets or play games. We reserve the right to undertake KYC checks on player deposits.
There are minimum deposit requirements per deposit method. Details for minimum deposits per deposit method are explained on the corresponding cashier page in the App.
Deposits to the player Account are made by transfer of money to 7XL by way of the payment methods stated on the Cashier page in the App. We reserve the right to change the accepted method of payment at our sole discretion. We further reserve the right to accept certain methods of payment only subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. We do not warrant that all methods of payment are available at all times.
We do not accept cash funds sent to us.
By depositing money, You agree not to make any charge-backs, reversal or otherwise cancel any deposits into Your Account, and agree to refund and compensate us for unpaid deposits.
In the event of an overcredit during the transfer of deposited fund into a player’s playing account, 7XL reserves the right to deduct the over credited amount from the player’s account without any prior notice.
Should 7XL be unable to retrieve the overcredited fund, due to a transfer or low account balance, all withdrawal requests will be denied or cancelled until the retrieval of the overcredited fund.
Any player transfers made prior to retrieval of the over credited funds will result in suspension of the transferee’s (receiving) account. Further investigation will be carried out, and any decision made will be final and conclusive.
Deposits in Crypto
All crypto transactions must be made in accordance with the directions from the corresponding deposit method page in Cashier (token or crypto currency, address, network, amount).
In case if the address provided to the player in Cashier has expiration period, the transaction must be made and get confirmed in the Network before the expiration period ends.
Transactions made to the incorrect/expired address (1) and/or within the incorrect Network (2) and/or with the incorrect token/crypto currency are not retrievable and the amounts are not refundable.
We do not provide private keys to our crypto wallets under any circumstances.
